My work is heavily influenced by cultures all over the world where postpartum care is viewed as vital to the wellbeing of the entire community. This wisdom has been passed down for hundreds of years and has so much to teach us. I draw on this inspiration with reverence and gratitude for those cultures and practices.

From meat to salt, I obsess about the quality of each ingredient that goes into my meals. Nearly every item is certified organic and locally sourced whenever possible. You can taste the difference and your body will notice, too.

I'm a firm believer that our mind, body and spirit are closely linked. What affects the mind can also affect the body and vice versa. Having wholesome meals on hand during the postpartum period doesn't just feed you, it lightens your mental load and allows you to be present for this very special time. These meals are designed to be comforting not just to your body, but also to your mind and spirit.
